Eef Loozen and Nynke Pacanda are founders of The Impact Studio. They each have their individual track record and offer a solid foundation in the field of psychology, leadership, management, human resources and coaching. Eef and Nynke are passionate about purposeful leadership and team synergy and share years of experience in developing and facilitating leadership development programs, strategy and team sessions and executive coaching in national and international organizations.
With their preliminary training at the art academy and dance academy, they offer a unique perspective on embodied leadership and human dynamics. Like no other, they are experts in creating a safe, honest and interactive atmosphere in which participants feel seen, heard and invited.
Their involved, personal and empowering approach ensures an open dialogue and they quickly get to the core and make matters discussable. They opt for courage, depth and clear focus. And always strive for meaningful growth, deeper purpose and sustainable change.
